How to Enter
Entry is entirely automatic. There are no separate forms to fill out or extra steps to take.

Step 2: Place any order between now and September 30th.

Step 3: Your completed purchase serves as your entry into the draw.
Note: Every individual order placed before the deadline counts as a separate entry into the prize draw.
The Details
The competition closes at 11:59 PM on September 30th. The winner will be drawn at random and contacted via email using the address provided at checkout shortly after the closing date.

Website Launch Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Black Pine Coffee Co, registered at 516 Great Western Road, Glasgow, G12 8EL.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Black Pine Coffee Co, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2.2. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
3. The Promotional Period
The prize draw is open for entries from the date of the website launch until 23:59 on 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Entry to the prize draw is automatic upon making a purchase of any value through www.blackpine.coffee during the Promotional Period.
4.2. There is no minimum spend required to qualify for entry.
4.3. Every separate order placed during the Promotional Period counts as one entry into the draw.
5. The Prize
5.1. One winner will receive a coffee brewing bundle consisting of:
1 x Timemore Chestnut C3S PRO Hand Grinder
1 x AeroPress Original
1 x Custom Topl Black Pine Cup
1 x Airscape Coffee Canister
A selection of Black Pine Coffee bags
5.2. The prize is supplied as described and is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
5.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
6.2. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address provided at checkout) within 2 days of the draw taking place. The winner will also be announced on social media.
6.3. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be sent to the winner by post to the UK address provided by the winner within 7 days of the winner claiming their prize.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
8.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
8.2. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails hello@blackpine.coffee within one month after the closing date. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter.
9. General
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.2. This prize draw is governed by Scottish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the prize draw in the Scottish courts or the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
